This ramen bowl was from Denmaru (伝丸), a ramen joint that advertises itself as a Hokkaido-style ramen joint. One of their specials was this spicy ramen with ground pork cooked with a ton of chilli peppers and a standard miso ramen to top it off. As some extra toppings, I got the ajitama (味玉) and some butter, two elements that can add some decadence to any dish.
Overall, this feels like a standard miso soup topped with a well spiced ground pork mixture. The butter adds a nice surface flavor on top but doesn't change the composition of the dish too much. Nothing much to write home about, maybe a 6/10.
